Iron is easy to get so once you're decked out in full iron you can deal with them easier, but it's better to just engage them tactically (use terrain to your advantage). Sure there are lots of em but if you just kite them (keep backing up and strafing) they're not really too difficult unless you don't have any armor or good weapons.
